OUTDOOR KITCHENS QUESTIONS.

What appliances do you recommend?

For Utah climate: stainless construction (304 grade minimum), weatherproof rating, freeze-cycle tolerant. We recommend specific brands per budget.

Do you handle the gas line?

We coordinate with a licensed gas plumber — separately permitted and inspected. Same for electrical.

Can I winter-use my outdoor kitchen?

Yes if designed for it — we install winterizable plumbing, frost-protected gas. Most clients still cover appliances Nov-March.

How long is the build?

Basic BBQ island: 1-2 weeks. Full kitchen with multiple trades: 3-6 weeks.

Permits required?

Yes — for gas, electrical, and plumbing. We pull them and coordinate inspections.

Can the kitchen be built on an existing patio?

Sometimes yes — depends on the existing slab/base spec and load capacity. We'll evaluate.
