How early should I book a Lehi patio?

Spring (April-June) books out by late January in Lehi. Get on our schedule by November the year before for spring.

Do new-construction backyards need anything special?

Almost always yes — re-grading and proper base are required because builders typically leave compacted, poor-draining yards.

Will my Traverse Mountain HOA approve a paver patio?

Yes — we've worked with all major Traverse Mountain HOAs. Design package submitted by us.

Do you do Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain?

Yes — same crew, same pricing. Add 30 min to drive time.

How much for a typical Lehi backyard build?

Full backyard with patio + fire pit + kitchen: $30K-$80K depending on materials. Just a paver patio: $7K-$15K.

Permit needs in Lehi?

Patios alone usually don't require permits. Outdoor kitchens with gas/electrical and retaining walls usually do — we handle them.
